::STRESS::

If you are trying to search the word stress in google, there are so many results, its about a hundred over millions of results. Some of them are the difinition of stress and some of them are the way how to handle stress. I do not want to talk about stress here but I want to share something with all of you about stress.

I have found this from NIOSH Malaysia when I was travelling to Bangi which is near to the NIOSH Malaysia's office. The informations there show me the word stress and what I am understood is, when we are , STRESS do these things; S - Sporting (do sporting with your frens or family,any sports), T - Travelling (travel to the other places, spend your time with family or frens), R - Recreation (Find the interesting places near your place, spend time together with your family especially), E - Eating (Eat and control your diet), S - Singing / Speaking (Sit together with frens or family, speak to the others and singing together or singing to them), S - Sleeping & Smiling (Get enough rest and sleep. Also, keep on smiling at the right time and at the right place because smiling can make others feels comfortable when you are around, also can make you happy). This is just to share with you what I have found out. Let's try to do this when we are in stress.

One more thing to remember, when we are stress, let us pray to ALLAH as much as possible. HE knows everything in our life in the world and in hereafter. INSYAALLAH, may ALLAH bless us all.
